Game runs in slow-mo

Anyone else having issues with the game running in like it was in slow motion? Mouse moves around the screen fine but all the animations and UI changing look like they are going slower and moving around the screen the map looks like its stutteringIts like playing some RTS or Tower Defense games that have the options to reduce the speed of the game but its on all the time.

Doubt its a computer issue since no other game has issues besides this one and sitting at 150+ fps with everyting on Max on 4k. I also lowered all the settings to low, lowered resolution and tried Borderless/windows mode and still have the stuttering/slow-mo.

if you play with notebook try to force game to use your primary videocard.
if its nvidia then via nvidia control panel.
if amd then its software.

If it's not notebook then still try :)

I got a desktop without integrated graphic card so that's not a problem. Riftbreaker works fine as well

Have the same problem from Time to Time, restart the game and it will be fine.
The slow-mo in my case came from the last bomb ability, sometimes when i use it the game goes slow-mo.
also had the problem with the opposite effeckt, it was fast as hell and i cant navigate in the game properly

I got the same problem.
I did the same like tarthal, I lowered all the settings to low and tried windows mode and still have the slow-mo.

Has anyone found a fix? My game also runs in slow-mo / laggy.

I noticed when I open the game the EXOR splash screen and first half of the X-Morph Defense splash screen runs smoothly. The lag doesn't start until the game starts connecting online as seen from a connecting icon in the top right about half way through the splash screen.

Disabling all RGB lighting in my chassis seems to have helped. I got a steady 144fps and no slowdowns now.

That is true. For me disabling Aura Sync => Aura Effects => In-Game lightning effects did the trick.

+ if problem persists, disable any overlay from any possible apps, especialy f.lux

Unplayable with slow motion. Disabled all my rgb lighting on new pc, made sure no overlays were enabled as well. Ruined one of my favourite games

Just wanted to say I have the same issue. It runs fast and then slow (140fps to 144fps) in a fairly consistent pattern too. My GPU is a 4090 and I'm playing at 4K.

I've done the steps but the game is still slow that it's ruining the experience.
- All RGB off
- Steam Overlay off
- I don't have program like flux.

Note: My PC can run their other game 'Riftbreaker' at the highest settings with really smooth and fast gameplay.

Same here.
No matter settings or other things, the game, from start, is like on potato PC. I play it about year ago on GOG and it was awesome, and when I get it on steam, it is like some scam-product.

Fixed!

After search on net, I find some solution - uninstal Asura Light. Now I play normal.
