New security warning, months later

I played this a few months ago- I was about to run it to try for some of the achievements I didn't get yet.. but Steam and my security threw out errors and warnings. I've not uninstalled it best I can remember since then either, my security is the same as it was when I first played, it acts as though the program(game) has changed-?

Steam error - "Failed to start process for Planet R-12 Access is denied". (the first time I tried it today, it said incorrect platform- it's the same desktop lol, same OS,... same everything).

Security Warning - High risk, heuristic virus. Threat based on malware hueristics.

Understand, I have played this and completed it months ago. Other than the invalid digital signature, my security didn't have a problem with it months ago. (When those warnings pop up, they give options like 'always allow, allow once, etc... I select the 'always block' and continue with the game, this blocking doesn't stop achievements from awarding or anything like that).

So- what's changed?

It's probably some kind of steam's fault, ' cause I haven't changed anything in months. Just try to reinstall the game.
