Matchmaking going too fast and favoring in-progress tours - ruining tour experience

Basically I feel that multiplayer tours are really awesome and the experience is way better when I join from the beginning with full players. I love tours and the arc that comes with it and it's way more fun playing the whole thing with 12 human players from the beginning.

It's annoying that every time the match ends if I want to play Jakku it will be against bots as people leave. And that every time I queue I join a match in progress on Jakku if I am lucky, or midway through the tour if I am not.

I can wait 30-60 seconds to get into an actually good tour that will last half an hour.

Also the fact that no one can change their setup post-game until the last 10 seconds before the next tour starts is why everyone is leaving in the first place. If we could actually change things with a comfortable amount of time instead of waiting for 30 seconds for XP bars to load then blitzing the changes, people wouldn't need to leave quite as much.

I feel these things are pretty easily fixable with a couple of levers and wonder if anyone else has this preference or if you want it to just instant queue and put you in whatever lobby is available.
