Character Customisation after first level?

So, I've been a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I set up my character, but I guess I didn't press A on the voice? So now I have the most boring voice in the game. There any way to change the character on this after doing the initial tutorials? Or am I screwed?

Same bug and I assure you I pressed A. Super p***** when cinematic played and was defaulted.
