I'm pretty sure they changed the release date from the 5th to the 6th, or am I trippin?
Also pretty sure (from everything I have read so far) that this game will be an 1:45 game and refund or charge back depending if they wanna play games or not. DENUVO is a huge red flag, not implementing sticks and wheels, rogue lite, limited multiplayer, reskinned ships for the deluxe/pre-order, limited customizations and I almost 100% guarantee all DLC will have a nice fat price tag since the game is over priced and very limited as far as content and freedom (plus don't forget who they are partnered with, they are going to want a fat cut of everything that gets put out)... activate your inner pay to win mode LOL

Devs dont usually change dates, unless something catastrophic went wrong. The dates are tied to sales & marketing.

unfortunately I don't think Secret Mode are going to feel threatened by a member of the 1% club's opinions or you refunding the game.
