It's a Unreal 5 game.
Look up Universal Unreal Engine Unlocker. There is one for Unreal 4 and one for Unreal 5. I've been using for years. You can control the camera, add new lights, pause the game at any point etc. It works in any Unreal game. U4 and U5, of cource.

Unreal games don't need photo mode because this tool is much better. No restrictions and many more options.
