game won't accept my video settings

does anyone have any idea how to resolve graphics issues I'm having with this game? I did a new install and for some reason the game is partially stretched over two of my monitors although in the settings it is set to windowed fullscreen to one of my monitors.

When I attempt to change the settings to anything else. it doesn't save. Is there any idea on what I can do? this is kinda ridiculous.

I'm having the same issue. The game locks me into a resolution I cannot play, as only a portion of the screen becomes visible. I am having buyer's remorse right about now.
