Can't change screen resolution

Hi all, I can't change the screen resolution, even via editing the config file.. so I cant actually play the game. I edited the config file and it didn't do anything. Any advice?

Nevermind I solved it. It was stuck on Windowed (Fullscreen) and I could only see the top right half of the screen. Changing it and hitting escape did not work. But using the arrow keys till I hit the apply button and turning Windowed (Fullscreen) off fixed the problem.

I can help you out.
Go to your game folder in steam (or wherever it placed) and open it.
There you will find a folder named "data" ... open it too.
After that you can see the "default.cfg" data.
in this default.cfg is a short part called " r_fullscreen "2" ".
Change the number 2 in 1 and save.
Now you can start the game again and everything will work fine.
ps. don't change the fullscreen in window or fullscreen borderless.
If you mean you must do that you will have the same problem again.

I cant change resolution also. I have 3 monitors, 1 4k and two 1080. When I start the game its in a window that stretches across all three monitors. I can get to the video options screen but I cannot see the save button as the bottom half of the screen is cut off :(

I did the same thing you did. After setting to full screen, went to the top menu option, pressed the up arrow twice and hit enter to save.

You need to be in fullscreen for the resolution to show i think.

This bug hasn't been fixed yet?!
When i installed the game the game automatically choose the highest resolution and i couldn't change my settings ingame, since i couldn't reach the save button >_<

Going to the file file like Vrenrik mentioned earlier helped, but it was the "config" file in the profiles map instead of a "data" file, which i couldn't find on my desktop.

Hope this helps more people out :)
