Game Wont Launch

I just re-installed Lethe yesterday.
I go to launch it today, and I can't get past the small splash screen that pops up. You can tell it's trying to do something because it's re-arranging any windows on the desktop, but then just stops. It still has a minimized window in the tool bar, but when I click on it.. it attempts to do something again, but just reverts back to the tool bar.
Any thoughts?
I appreciate any assistance.

Okay here's an update:
I went through the trouble shooting guide and followed each step about game crashes.
All steps failed, accept this one for me:

Browse to "Lethe - Episode One\Binaries\Redist" and run "UE3Redist.exe" as an administrator (right-click menu). This should make sure that required third-party software used by the engine is installed (this includes DirectX 9 and .NET).

I was able to play for about 10 minutes when it crashed out of no where. I was just walking. lol.

Update to my update: I was able to re-start and play for a while. All seems good.

Same issue here, it does same thing, but I was never able to even see what the game looks like, only to hear what it sounds for a second, then it minimises. Nothing in the troubleshoot helped.
