A message to the developers

Guys, you have to reorganize your priorities with this game, this game is currently not great but it doesn't mean that it has to stay this way. First thing is that there are already too many characters, not that i wouldn't like a huge roaster but none of the characters feels great to play, some feel good, others feel awful, i suggest you stop adding characters for a while and fix the current ones. Here are my suggestions:
-Work on the menus, they are ugly and i don't say this to be mean, but they look not good, find a theme for the menus and stick with it. Also work on the HUD, it's fine now but i'm sure you can make it better.
-Fix gamepad controls, add more customization and make it work for the menus, add the ability to use the right stick for smash attacks/tilts and aerials, that is really needed, and lower the sensitivity for running, i feel that to run right now you have to flick the analog a bit too much but this is minor.
-As i said stop a second from adding characters, fix the one that are already in, and fix them for good, i suggest starting from the animations even tho that's probably the hardest thing to do, right now they look very artificial, i'm not asking for Smash Brothers level of animations, but for good animations that make it look decently fluid and more importantly make you understand where and when the hitbox is out. I also suggest making new models/reworking them, some look really bad.

I haven't mentioned stages and balance because i think that's one of the last things to come, stages aren't important as long as we have the layout that is actually already in the game, making the stages look pretty can be done later in developement and same thing for balance.
I suggest you launch a campaign for money cause it's pretty clear your team is too small for a game like this, i suggest you fix 4-5 characters (pleast make one of those Dust) which i think should include:
-Dust
-Matt
-Woodle Tree
I'm saying those cause this are the ones i feel like are better and more fun to play.
After fixing the menus and those 4-5 characters launch a campaign and enter in contact with some youtubers to promote it, first youtuber that comes to mind is Alpharad.
Also release more news about the game and stay more in contact with the players, don't get me wrong you are in contact with the players already but be even more, well here's what i suggest, if i had any skill in programming or art i'd help you for free but i'm neither of those.
I hope i didn't sound mean because that's not what i meant, i really hope the best for this game and i hope you get back to me with an answer to at least let me and people know that you've read this. This game has a lot of potential, don't throw it away.

also you can probably add shovel knight as he's in almost every game lol
