I got the game working ... with repeatable results thus far. Hope this helps others

The Game Doesn't seem to like Full Screen Mode.
By Going to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\raidenlegacy

Either Editing the File UserDefault.xml , to have false <fullScreen> key , and I also set false to <isFirstLaunch> , the game would open even after resolution changes just never select FULLSCREEN.

Also after setting Full Screen and game no long working anymore, I just renamed the file to userdefault.xml_old IE basically deleting the file a new file is created with some defaults but false to Fullscreen.

It work for me but in the first time after change config file in text editor it doesn't work, the config file has been change by app.

My solution is after saved config file I mark the file is read only mode, start app when can access option screen I change the config file back to normal mode.
