hello I have a problem is when you start the game which box appears with the following:

22:35:36: Starting BattlEye Service ...

22:35:36: Updating BattlEye Service (NOTE: This May Take Several minutes to complete) ...
22:35:37: Launching game ...
22:35:37: Note: File blocks can be ignored if They Do not cause Problems with the game.
22:35:37 [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C: \ Windows \ System32 \ shell32.dll".

I would appreciate your help

Does it stop your game from starting?

If this occurs when you start the game and a window with the text.

maybe the file in question is infected? Tried a virus scan?

if you have a problem with windows dll, it's windows issue not ark or battleye... maybe a broken update or a software/cheat engine/virus who has modified this dll =) try a good antimalwares and "sfc /scannow" to repair windows files https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

If these messages don’t cause any issues with your game please just ignore them (note that in-game kicks are not related to them)
