Offline/training server

I want to show a friend how to play, but in official server its impossible... Is there a way to create a lobby and start the game with 2 players or we have to be 25 ?

I have the same problem. I want to introduce some people to the game who have never played ark and it's nearly impossible to teach on the fly in a game like SOTF. I think the only option is to find an empty unofficial server that has a low tribe autostart and try that. I wish I knew how the unofficial servers worked... Are they just running the ark mod? or is there a way to get an legit SOTF server somewhere I don't know about.
