Lists what free accounts are limited in doing compared to "core" accounts. The features themselves are rather minor.
You then have the whole DEX system and players selling equipment they upgraded in the auction house, as well as the usual marketplace items like XP boosts, pets, and so on (some of which you can get in-game).
More or less where a person draws the line at what they consider convienent. A majority will have different opinions on what they consider pay-to-win, ranging from items that increase xp or loot rates, to the outright sale of a cash shop exclusive item that provides bonuses. There's even been discussions where people have tried to argue that cosmetics that offer nothing to gameplay outside of visual appeal were pay-to-win.
Of course, if by "limited supply" you mean in regards to what players sell so you don't do the work yourself, then couldn't you really argue that as being lazy? (Note I actually forget how those are obtained, been meaning to start the game back up again).
Thanks for the responses nonetheless.
Yes the population is very low, I am unsure how many actually play I think maybe it might be around 120+ from steam and 300 or more non steam am just guessing about non steam. Most of the high level players never leave main hub unless they're doing 20v20 or dungeons.

A Refineing Stone is sold at the Darkness Stone Shop for 40 Darkness Stone's the stones can only be gotten by running Abyssal Tower F2P can on run once a day while Patron can run twice a day. You can also get them from dailies and the daily Patron Box.
In order to get a G4 Gem you need to open Blue Boxes (which requires Keys that are super expensive). A Patron however can get 1 G4 Gem drop from a Archdevil Dungeon run a day and 1 Refining Stone a day as well via the login rewards.
Most people get the G4 Gems by farming G2 Gems with the Aira Buff which yields 40 per hour in a 9-man IHG farm, they drop alongside G3 it takes 6 G2 to equal 1 G3 and 6 G3 to equal 1 G4 and so on.
but the real thing is that if you pay real money you can outpower any F2P player with ease since they are locked behind the limited supply and the massive Grind that makes spending 100$ look very appealing
why you think the playerbase is smaller than 500? the only thing Trion worlds updates like a swiss clockwork is the cashshop
I also do not consider things like double XP potions to be pay to win. That is just pay for convenience/time skip.
If you are considering playing this game then keep in mind to be competitive you need get Phantasm iLevel 77 or Tragedy iLevel 78 gear and +6 Atifacts to even be able to get Carnage iLevel 80 which will then allow you to have a chance to get into the 9-man raid. After that you can focus on getting Slaughter iLevel 83 Endgame gear.
So long as you can see yourself getting these items in a decent time frame then you shouldn't have a problem playing the game.
