Losing Save Files
Is this happening to anyone else?
When I open the game, the audio is muted, and my save files have disappeared.
This has happened twice now for me, and im wondering if its just messed up files or something.
Help please?

Hm. Did you start Umineko in your usual way? Via the Steam Library, etc.

Edit: crap, I can't really help you out today until after I get a chunk of work done; I hope you're at least able to figure out the issue before then ^^;

Happened to me to, it stopped after i messed around with the saves for a bit, i don't really know why though. I deleted the globalsaves file and after restarting the game, i never had this problem anymore.

Okay, that would make sense. SuSoSo, try going into the "saves" folder in the game's steam folder, and deleting the "global.sav" file.

Edit: or, hang on... I'm not sure if deleting "global.sav" is a good idea. Deleting "envdata" should be safe to do if you want to see if that helps.

I've deleted the "envdata" file and it seems to work so far!
Even after 4 times of opening-and-closing the game, my files are still there!
Thanks for the help! ^_^
