Game opens in a REALLY tiny window.
Every time I open the game, it opens in a REALLY REALLY tiny window. It has a bar on top with minimize/exit, but nothing else. The game is then contained fully in a little 10x30ish area where literally nothing is clickable or visible. The music is playing and I can see some really squished graphics, but I can't do anything except exit the game over and over and over.

I've tried reinstalling, moving the install to a different location, reboot, etc, etc. Nothing is working. Any ideas?

You can change the window in the options menu. I have put it on 1920x1080 as default.

Hmm, I'm having trouble finding the options menu to do this. I can't see enough of the game to change the options IN the game. Is there a way to do this outside the game that you know of?

Hit alt+enter, this will change the game from windowed to fullscreen and then you can go into options and set the proper resolution for your system.

Alt+enter puts the game in full screen mode, but everything is then hyper blurry. Like it's rendering a 10x30px interface at 1000x that resolution. Impossible for me to click anything in the full screened version. Any other ideas?

Ugh Playdek saves your settings in the registry....
Looks like you're gonna have to edit your registry, fun!

Word of warning: Be VERY careful in regedit, if you mess with something you're not supposed to it can be hard to fix. You're safe if you don't mess with anything other than what I'm telling you to though. :)

SOLUTION:
To fix this issue (on windows) first press Win-R, and type regedit, then click next. On the side you'll see a directory structure. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Playdek/Twilight Struggle. Click on that folder. Scroll down to the very bottom of the section on the left, and you'll see two settings called "Screenmanager Resolution Width" and "Screenmanager Resoultion Height". Double click on each and change the value to whatever you want. MAKE SURE to first set the base to decimal, rather than hexadecimal, or you'll probably make it too big.

Hope this helps!

That was absolutely awesome. You also adressed my issue with getting a white screen at startup (thus being unable to play). Big hero. Still most likely gonna refund the game though, since playdek made absolutely no effort at all to try to help me (no answer here or from their support in one week)
