late-war deck shuffle problem

We recently had an issue with the late-war deck shuffle. At the start of Turn 7, we still had cards in the deck -- not unusual. However, when the Late-War deck entered in Turn 8, the discard pile was shuffled in with the late war cards -- not supposed to happen. The game was 1265967. The log doesn't say when the deck is shuffled or not, so I can't prove anything. has anyone else seen this or can comment?

A new rules bug? I really hope there aren't any more hidden away.

I attempted to replicate it with the AI, but it's extraordinarily difficult to avoid a Turn 7 reshuffle.

I assume you would play as US and restart if the AI doesn't open with the stupid China Card coup. Use CC every chance, keep Asia Domination 1 or 2 influence from flipping...

Never mind. The app was correct. It dealt Turn 8 correctly after adding the Late War Cards. Then there was a reshuffle in Turn 9 as there are only 22 Late War Cards.
