Scoring question
When using the Asia scoring card do all asian countries matter for score ( the asian countries and the east asian countries) if so why is there then also a scoring card for only?

How does the Wargames card work i don't understand.

Yes, all Asian countries count.

SE Asia is just another scoring card, but it's a one-off unlike the others, so not as significant.

Wargames gives 6 VPs to your opponent, then if VPs are still in your favour you win. Otherwise you lose. It's an effective way to secure a win if you have a strong VP lead.

Note that Wargames has been changed from the official rules. According to the official rules VP at 0 after Wargames event is a tie. Nobody wins and the game ends. Playdek changed this so that VP at 0 after Wargames event is a loss for the player who played Wargames.

I think it is a even better change to avoid even game if it is the goal.

The change doesn't bother me, but the fact that most players don't know about the change until it is triggered is a ridiculous state of affairs. Same goes for the final scoring. Playdek should add the new rule to the Wargames text, and highlight the changes to victory conditions in the tutorial and documentation.

For me it does not seem to change anything, actually. It only affects stats and rating which I don't mind. Still I know TS rules and I know that playing Wargames at +6VP ties the game, no matter what PlayDeck app tells me.
I've done it once, knowing that PlayDeck will count it as my loss. Still I was satisfied with the game result, because I knew what the actual result was.

The question is, were you playing the same game as your opponent?

I agree, that might be the problem and not only with Wargames. Other bugs might be also treated as rule changes. And depending on which rules you think your opponent will play your own decisions might differ (like, should I overcontrol Argentina if USSR has no access to it?).
The only solution is to agree on every such issue with your opponent during set-up.
