Hidden achievements bugged?

I've found the description of the hidden achievements in the list such as

A Bird in the Hand
Headline a scoring card.

or


Against the Middle
Play the China Card.

obviously I did play them but achievement never poped for those actions.

The hidden achievements are broken and always have been. If you look at the global achievement rate, 0% of players have them.

Yep, it is. But I went in and looked again, and for some reason they're now all listed as 0.1% global achievement rate. Curious.

Probably some people have obtained them using Steam Achievement Manager.

I wonder why the devs cannot either fix the achs or remove them. Not being able to get 100% is annoying.

I was writing about this here what feels like six years ago. Absolutely crazy that they still haven't fixed this. It can't take THAT much work, can it?
Devs, come on, please, spend the one day of work it takes to fix these!

It takes 2-3 minutes for developers to remove broken achieves from steam.

Any chance they might be planning to implement them for real? It has been long, but it would be really nice for it to be solved one way or another (either implement them or remove them) :shrug:

Just use SAM to get them if you already completed the reqirements, one od the only two instances of achievements where it's morally correct to SAM them in my opinion (2nd one is multiplayer achievements when servers are shut down already)

Huh, so I just got the Stevenson Conundrum achievement after winning a game as USSR against AI by playing the European score card with domination in Europe while the US was up in points. So they're just all sorts of bugged. Some don't trigger at all and others trigger randomly, or at least for the wrong reasons.

Today I get the achievement of maximum points when score SE Asia. I only had 5 points and it was triggered one or two Action Rounds later. Yes, they don't work properly in some cases.

I have yet to unlock any (other?) hidden achievements, and I have attained a lot of them. IS there a list somewhere? I have seen it, but I forget where I saw it.

I think this one is not hidden, since 33% of players has it.

Hidden achievements can be seen when you see your list and click on the tab global stadistics and unblock the spoiler. 0,1% of players has the hidden ones.
