What are the tournament rules?
Ok I've heard that you're supposed to use the "optional" cards US+2 but there are three different sets of optional cards/promos. Which are we supposed to use? I want to play the tournament rules. Because ballance.

The "optional" cards specifically means the cards that are added by the plus symbol, the furthest on the left, which were added in the 2009 edition of the game. The other cards/promos represented by the other symbols are DLC from the recently developed Turn Zero, and most definitely not part of any standard tournament games that I know of.
