Fullscreen Resolution does not work properly

Selecting "Fullscreen" with a resolution different from "Default" does not show the program in fullscreen but in a borderless window.
Using "Window" mode works for all resolutions, but "Default" is not what I expect (it seems to be a low resolution).
My system: Windows 10 64bit, 4K resolution.
