Trouble with Barriemer

I have figeured out a few ways to do it, but the goal will not fill, no matter how long I wait

Hi! If i understand correctly there is still one aspect of the level you have not yet realized. The key to it filling up is to get the drops in with a steady stream. And in this level the first portal is moving making it likely for only every other drop to go in. One goes in and the other misses the portal. You need to get all of the drops through the first portal and into the "goal". Hope this helps!
