Similar games to Turok?

Not really a game that has dinos but its similiar (shooting), I would recommend Serious Sam 2 or maybe 4 but I'd go for 2 for the first time

There's a dinosaur shooter by the guys who made chasm called carnosaurs or something along those lines. It might be on gog but not sure, never played it but I'd like to.

Ah, you're referring to the Carnivores series. Unfortunately, from what I could find there aren't any Carnivores games on GOG or Steam, save for one released in 2022 on Steam that has Mixed reviews. That one's called Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunt and it's made by a different studio.

Dino Crisis 1 & 2 have the dino theme, but play more like resident evil 2 and 3. Not available on steam unfortunately, but GOG carries both games.

DC 1 plays more like RE but DC2 is completely different more like a high scorer shooter action game

It's an old game but since we're on the topic of resident evil style games, one of the first kinda dino games I ever played was Jurassic Park on Genesis. In a lot of ways the game is a lot like a 2d resident evil, with survival elements, puzzle solutions, and careful use of ammo. It was a great game, but the 2nd one was brutal and kinda ruined the pacing to me.

Still one of my fav dino games.

I remember I got it when I first bought a Genesis along with sonic2. The raptor games pretty basic. But Alan grants is very complex for it's time. It took me years to figure out grenade the dino bones to kill raptors at the end.

Only similarity with dinos I find in unreal is the aliens looked kinda lizardlike. I think the original question is dinosaurs guys.

Farcry primals really good, but again not really dinos just primitive man.
