The second and third sisters are both most easily found by warping to the Courtyard checkpoint station.
What is technically the third sister is easily located by falling from the warp location, heading in the door direction in front of you, crossing the bridge, falling down the hole, and running up the ramp to the blue gates signifying a sister teleporter.
The second sister is a bit more complicated. Head back to the courtyard with the Talisman Warp Portal (you overlook this courtyard from the Sister teleport I just described.) Head into the teleporter visible from the Warp Portal (falling from the Sister teleport it's just to your left.) From your new location, head through the door on your right. Continue on this path, taking another right when it splits. The next split head forward, then left on the one immediately after. When you come upon a courtyard, turn to your immediate right. There will be a wall that can be destroyed with a barrel. Head through here, turning right at the split. At the end of this path you can see a stone block, hit it with any weapon to open the gate below. Drop below (avoid the death water!) and enter the now unlocked tunnel. In the tunnel, take a right at the split, then another right to find a switch. Heading back, stay straight on the split, through a now unlocked gate, and take a right at the next split. You should find the blue gate in here.
I can try to provide pictures if you find my description confusing.
The lack of mip mapping just made the thing utterly blend in, it really did. I was stuck on that map for the longest time, let me tell ya.
Level 5's last Satchel Charge made me stuck and go insane for the longest time -_- I won't spoil where it is but....it's kinda ridiculous, unsure if it's in the same area as the N64 edition, if you get stuck and can't find the last satchel lemme know though (For level 5, not the satchels for Lair of the Blind Ones).
edit. nvm I already found it.
