Now you should post your PC specs, that would help as well.
If you know how to use the Dxdiag tool, you can just paste the system info from there.

I want to say it's a RAM related issue of some sort, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

hmmm.. have you tried validating the game cache, or reinstalling the game to see if it would boot up?
Perhaps the installation went wonky.

I really don't know.
Some things you can try would be to do a Malware/Virus scan.

Increase your virtual memory (you should be able to easily google how to do that) You want the amount of RAM you have in the Initial box, and 50% more in the Maximum box using the custom size for your OS drive.

Check if your drivers are up to date.

Other than that I'm out of ideas, and hopefully a dev can assist you further.

Well, I am just so confusing about a lot of stuff here.
I dont even know what CPU the "Intel Qu9300" is, and Google gives me nothing.
The 2GB of RAM is a bit scary as well. Especially if it turns out the CPU has a GPU (No idea here, since I dont even know what CPU that is???), since it will use the RAM as VRAM.

It is easy!
1: Click on the start menu in windows on your desktop.
2: search for a program called "run" (Just type run once you opened up the start menu)
3: This program will open up a small window. just type dxdiag in it and press OK!

Now just follow the instructions!
