How to track the polar bear?

I'm about ready to rage quit. How the hell am I might to track this polar bear? I can not connect to the stupid tracking collar. Is it even online? How am I meant to tell> If she's bleeding that badly why can't I just follow her blood trail?

Yeah, it's oddly specific. What you needed to do was to stop in one position (I was next to the pump), right click the multitool knife and read the position (it has a compass), then put the collar ID and the position, and then ONLY plot 1.

From then, you needed to go forward about 15 steps, open the pc again and click on plot 2.
