"Expanded resolution support..." (min. Resolution 1280x768)

Hi, the store page outlines min. 1280x768. Review-posts mention 1280x800. So basically there is no way to set it to 1920x1080? Is this true, please? Thx

Hi, the game has pre-rendered backgrounds that are made in 1280x800 resolution. Setting it to full screen on a 1920x1080 monitor will scale it up to fill the screen, but the resolution will stay the same. It will still look nice though. :)

The Wintermute engine the game uses doesn't really support multiple resolutions so we had to pick one to go with. But unless you have a really old and small display the game should work well on all screens.

i was wondering about this too, also quite surprised at the high quality of such a low default resolution, so not entirely disgruntled with the answer...
