Issue transferring saves to Steam Deck
Hi there, I was hoping to try this game on my Steam Deck after having played it on my PC. I know cloud saves don't work for this game so I'm manually transferring my saves (copied LocalContent folder) but it's still not working. The game runs and opens up just fine on Steam Deck, but there are no saved worlds. Is there any way to properly transfer my save file? Do I need to copy anything else?

Is the game running on your Steam Deck the original Staxel or the CE version? The save files are in different locations for each version. CE save files are in your Documents folder, in the My Games folder.
Otherwise, the save files are in the LocalContent folder as you said. If you're copying the whole LocalContent folder over there shouldn't be any issues since it will have both the world save file folder and the server id file of the same name

I've only used the original Staxel on both PC and Steam Deck, haven't done CE. So I'm not sure why it's not working :/

Hi! Anyone manage to figure this out? I found some extra files on the deck in "my games/staxelCE" within the home directory, but what I found there was slot-1.sav and config.sav files (the jason file within the folder confirmed that these were the correct files). I packaged a PC world save into a zip then renamed it to slot-2.sav - it didn't work. Surprise surprise lol Anyone know how to convert a PC saves folder to a .sav file or any other way around adding a PC save to the steam deck? I did look for a local content folder in the other save folders, but it didn't exists. Creating one and putting the world in it sadly did nothing either. Anyone got any thoughts on the matter? :)
