How do you get access to shop shelf without vandalising shop

Could someone tell me how you get to build or buy "shop shelf" I have access to the shipping catalog, but the shop self is not yet available there, I have been waiting 2 month since I got the Aliza quest that require shop shelf, still no shop shelf in view.

I'm wondering if there anyway to get access to shop shelf without destroying Leif shop because I don't think its the intended way to get it. I have 93 lucky box I didn't open, but that also don't feel like its the right way to get access to shop shelf.

tbh destroying lief's shop shelf and putting it back right after is how i got it. the next day all the products were back where they should be

Thank for the response but everytime I looked at the blueprint shelf in Aliza shop I never seen shop shelf, I always bought all recipe on both shelf wherenever I go there and its always learned recipe that are available, the one that are green.

I know it would work if I broke Leif shelf then put it back(it would probably have become available in shipping station) , but its seems obvious in my mind that its not the intended way, which is why i'm trying to learn the intended way, I think it would have been logical to get the recipe when Aliza gave me her quest to expand, but she only gave the recipes for "pallet stack" and "mortar sack".

I started my world when the 1.4 update became available.

Once I broke liefs shelf, I put it right back, and it opened it up so i could order it from the catalog.

I did a suggestion in the discussion to unlock items by just using the magnifying glass. Maybe upvoting or positive feedback in the thread raises the chance that it will be added.
