Is it possible to get all fossils, including the "steering wheel"?

I've polished a lot of fossils and my collection is missing just one. It is greyed out but looks kind of like a steering wheel. Is it currently possible to get this one from unpolished fossils? Just curious before I go crazy collecting more unpolished fossils.

You can sell extra ones, if it can help.
But, I agreed, I wonder myself where to find this ultimate "fossil" ? Any clue ?

That's how I make most my money now that I have every fossil except the wheel. I gathered a bunch more fossils so I'll go through that batch and see what happens. My three guesses:

1. Steering wheel is low drop rate from unpolished fossil
2. It is obtained from something else (a Vorlen quest or something?)
3. It hasn't been implemented in game yet

Not quite correct info there - it IS available in game, but you must be very good friends with Farm Fan for it to spawn as it is an item for one of her quests ;)

Not sure if this is a bug or what!!! Have all the dinosaurs and the steering wheel, still says I have one missing fossil from the 5 that are needed. Any thoughts?
