What is creative mode?
Im sorry, should i turn it off or on? What effect does it have?

Creative mode is a way to play without worrying about where the money is going to come to build things. It is a way to build very elaborate buildings if that is what you want. You have a catalog in your inventory that you can access almost everything available in the game. There are also some very nice building tools. But it is up to you and how you like to play a game.

Also, supposedly turning it on, even once for a world, will cease unlocking Achievements or something while in that world. Which is why some people avoid turning it on. -Unless I misunderstood or something has changed.... Just so you have that information. ^_^;

Farm Fan still gives you stuff for in game achievements but steam stops showing new ones.

is it also the case if i use /enable cheats? of course steam achievements are disabled, but do i still get the rewards from farm fan?

that means? see above? because the topic of this thread is creative mode and not /cheats, so the answers might be just as well only valid for creative mode. (or you just to want to know the same thing XD)

i tried using cheatcodes(stoptime in my case)now.
Farm fam still gives you the rewards and you also get the ingame notification when an achievement ist done.

In game achievements will always pop. It just won't send the achievement to steam.
