hints for pony levels?

I just spent literally 45 minutes trying to get through a pony level and failing over and over and over (it's the first place in "adventure mode" where the developer tells you to go to level up). I noticed the part where the demon's rune can fire at different heights and i noticed it seems like the lasers slow down frames a little... but i haven't really figured out if these can be used to my advantage. when i've tried to leverage these, i've died. When i've not tried to leverage them and just tried to play the level, i died.... over and over and over. i would hate to give up what has been an otherwise enjoyable game over this, but grinding away pony levels potentially for hours on end does not seem like a fun time. it's an especially daunting prospect because "adventure mode" looks pretty wide open like i might have to do this a lot (obviously i dont know)

I had a little bit of trouble with this as well. It is a bit fustrating, but it really just comes down to timing. You'll get there eventually with patience. Sending the shots high did help me so keep going :)

I am getting quite tired of this as well. spent 20 minutes of gameplay getting up to this point, and 60+ trying to get though this just one single part.

I do not play 'bullet hell' games as I do not have twitch reflexes, but here I am trying to jump, dodge and target moving creatures; all at the same time just to progress in a 'suspense-puzzle' game.

I do not mind having to try a few times, but after the 30th-40th attempt, this is starting to get really old.

It would be nice to get an option to cheat through them. I'm currently stuck in the very beginning and feeling discouraged. Trying to shoot blasters with a touchpad is terribly unsatisfying

Anyways, if you need any easy tricks, its just do a cricle around your pony's body while you got the laser, and then just focus on the jumps, don't worry, it will get harder, and that strat wont work
