Anybody want to do the party golf achievement and "This Means War" achievement with me?

If I am on at the same time I can help you with the achievement. Is it just an achievement for playing a multiplayer game or is it something more complex?

The "Take on the World" achievement is for winning a Party Golf online game.
The "This Means War" achievement is for beating a friend score on one of the courses.

Tbh, if I wanted to have a friend for something, it'd be more this means war... Can Party Golf online be played with randoms though?
