Can't find Lou Ferrigno

Hi guys, i have 195/196 characters and the last one is Lou Ferrigno.
I know he is in central park but i can't find him when i'm close to his picture on the mini-map.

Ok i finnaly got it !
To unlock "Lou Ferrigno" we have to do 4 quests and third don't appear on the mini map after second, indicator show us directly position of the last one.
And i know why we don't see the third mission with the indicator, because we probably used the cheat code for "speed" and he's the character we got after the third mission !

Good lesson,isn't it? Don't use cheat codes. I don't use them because they can interfere with achievements.

cheats are known to break 100% completion in Lego games. You break the order in which missions are activated since you effectively eliminate some of them before they're all unlocked.

Well FML cos using the cheat for Speed was one of the first things i did when starting my replay on PS3...
Currently stood in Central Park with no Lou appearing...
EDIT: Crisis averted!
The third Lou quest, get some shirts, still appears on the map but isn't indicated by the brick. So thankfully; using the code to unlock Speed HAS NOT broken my save.
Lou quest 3 can be found near the train station with a race above it by the Roxxon facility. He's stood on the opposite side of the building next to the station.
