There is a portal in the Helicarrier that leads to the Collector's Room, one of the consoles there is for codes, IIRC

Nothing is terribly hard to get through gameplay and you run the risk of breaking the 100% completion rate. Tracking icons for these will disappear from the map and you run the risk of the events not showing up at all.

Just out of curiosity... what are the "special" abilities of each character?

e.g. are any of them able to passing through bars (Veil maybe?), mind control (Nefaria?), or any other abilities that aren't avaiable early on so I can start unlocking stuff in Free Play mode?
