A Loki Entrance red brick bugged?

To get this red brick you need to mind control someone and flick a switch. I can't flick the switch because there is no white circle at the bottom of it. Anyone else have this problem?

You can't flick the switch because you need to talk to The Collector first. You'll find him at a lower level behind your starting point. Remember, The Collector appears only in free play.

Nice consistency... I got Strucker's monocle in the prologue mission without needing to speak to the Collector first, so it didn't occur to speak to him first to enable the switch.
