Thunderbolts Dlc
I have the dlc installed but i cant see any of the the characters in the game does anybody know how to fix this ?

You have the Season pass Installed. The Season pass just lets you get the DLC when it's ready to be released.

I have the same issue. I wonder if we need to wait until the game is released on consoles as well (29th).
BTW, Thunderbolts are not included in the season pass. You need to buy them separately.

You have to wait for the DLC to be released. Also note that some won't be released for another 4 months...

I got the thunderbolts dlc on ps4 and it said that i need to complete story mode before i can play as the characters

I've completed the story mode and they still not appear. I'm playing a PC not PS4 version.

Well, the Thunderbolts DLC has been released for those that have it on their libraries.
