I think, going by past experience, we may get the two Playstation packs after a certain window of exclusivity expires.

Lego Batman 3, the other LEGO game with a season pass, had a character pack, Batman of the Future, that was free & exclusive to the Playstation, and it ended up later for sale on Steam.

I am aware of the issues with the Scarecrow missions, etc on AK. Not happy about that, but we always had problems with the Arkham series on PC:
- In Arkham Asylum we were missing the "Prey in the Darkness" and "Play as the Joker" packs, which were ported to PC by fans because they were released on Mac.
- In Arkham Origins we never got the PS3 exclusive Knightfall pack, and a couple of skins, like the Metallic 52 one that was unlocked by buying a comic companion app, but they were later "unlocked" by modders.
- And then the current Arkham Knight mess.

So I will try to remain hopeful :)

EDIT: I almost forgot, a poster at Neogaf[www.neogaf.com] said that the Playstation newsletter included the following information:

*Marvel's Captain America: Civil War playable 1/26/16, exclusive through 4/26/16. Marvel's Ant-Man playable 4/15/16, exclusive through 7/5/16.

Do you really think that someone would go and buy a PS4 just to buy the game just to get a few extra characters, I call BS.

No, Season Pass includes only 5 future packs, none of the preorder packs except (3)

and 2 "- It is listed on the SteamDB, not available yet." so I assume the 2nd DLC pack will be avadible later on.
