I had this issue with Marvel super heroes & Batman 3 ;)
Also turn on Vsync in the game settings. Lego games when they hit a super high frame rate will crash like that. Lego games aren't really demanding so that might be your issue
Also check that you're using your main gpu and not the integrated one if you're set up like that
Glad you found it but why are you overclocking on a Lego game? I don't think you're supposed to OC unless you need the extra power and Lego games don't need much to start with
