Unlocking Death Locket

Hi everybody.
I was trying to get my safegame to 100% but now I have a problem in Manhattan. There's only one character token missing which is Death Locket. I googled and found out that I should be getting him by doing a quest, which I get from Agent Sitwell. My Problem is that That agent isn't where he should be, so I can't do the quest.
Is there anything I have to do to trigger the quest or something like that?
Or is there anybody having the same sort of problem?
As I said he'S the only thing that's missing in Manhattan.

Have you tried visiting all the purple spots on the radar?

Is this the character you get from the 2nd Agent Sitwell mission? I had this problem as well, but after a restart I found him way up north directly before the large hall. It was the last character I needed in Manhattan so it was clear I had done everything required to make him show up. But he did not in the same session.

Same problem occured at the SHIELD headquarter with M.O.D.O.K. Was unavailable when he should be at his spot, but showed up later for no understandable reason. Well, it is a LEGO game, problems are the norm, not the exception.

yes it's the second agent sitwell mission :)
okay i'll try loading my safeegame a fw times and hope that that works.. :)
yeah sadly this game really is kinda glitchy :(

so basicly, I have the same problem (both with Death Locket, and M.O.D.O.K) and the problem is that when you use character cheat codes the game thinks certain missions were done which weren't, not unlocking certain other missions. Sometimes they unlock later and sometimes you need to redo missions you already did for the mission it unlocks to unlock. This seems to be an issue on only pc.
