Do the same mission several times, normal?!
Since this is only my second lego game, I am not familiar with the gameplay at all :D in other words: recently I did a mission for Fin Fang Foom and after completing it, I passed by half an hour later and he was still offering a mission. But now, he did not have a violet spot on the map anymore and when I talked to him, he apparently offered the same mission again.
I think it's kinda hard to not lose the overview of what missions I've done already, if the quest givers don't dissappear... just wanted to make sure, that this is not a bug and my game is not totally messed up...

No I have this too, but you can do them again for extra coins, I guess?

It's intentional so you never run out of things to do if you don't want to. Some people like repeating quests later with different characters. That said, the game could do a bit of a better job making it easier to track exactly what you have and haven't done.

If you turn on the brick detectors then you'll see an arrow above the missions if you haven't done them yet. If you don't see an arrow then you've done it already. Most races and missions will either show a stud or a brick/character coin above it to let you know if you've done it already without the brick detectors turned on

I turned on the mission detector yesterday and it placed an arrow over the Lou Ferrigno mission that unlocks Ant-Man. I was using Ant-Man at the time since I had already unlocked him. It also put arrows over other missions I'd already competed as well. Perhaps it's because I had all of the detectors on at the same time? I'll try it the next time I play with just one of the detectors on.
