Offline

I need some advice, game wont play unless im online.....is this an online only game? Once I select save file without internet connection it just stays on the loading screen :-(

It's not an online game perse, but it does require to connect to the server at the beginning of the game.

thats weird since once i choose the file it just satyed on the loading screen......meh uninstalled it because of it :-/

Yes lego batman 3 was the same. I play on a laptop so I just have to make sure I am online when I start the game and load it up. then I am free to disconnect unless I have to restart the game. I just use Sleep mode on teh laptop when I need to pause and the game just sits at the pause screen.

Thats such rubbish... If this is how its going to be for future games count me out. I can't stand games that require internet connections in any capacity. Sometimes im just not at home or someplace with Internet. Very disappointed. Better 100% this fast and forget about it. I guess you'll count me out of Lego Force Awakens as well. this isnt an MMO so why does it need this at all?

i posted the same in other topic.. here is how to fix.

delete the gui3 folder from the AppData\Roaming\Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment\LEGO MARVEL's Avengers.

this will fix the black screen issue after loading save if you switch to offline mode or vice versa.

btw this also works for Batman 3
