Struck off the list free play bug or glitch

hey yall i'm trying to do the free play portion of the first level of the game. i'm at the area just after you cross the logs with hulk and iron man and there is supposed to be a station where you need to use thors lightning to get the token or minikit but it is not there during free play. any help would be greatly appreciated.

The power outlet is hidden behind a cover with a Hydra emblem on it. Smash the cover and the outlet will be revealed.

didn't know you had to smash it thanks thought it might have been a bug or glitch. still a bit confused though i did the smash thing and got the token but i'm having a bit of trouble with the last minikit. i see the minikit detector arrow at von struckers base when you are flying around killing planes or whatever they are but i can't seem to be able to find or aquire the 10th minikit. i've get everything for this level but that last minkit can anyone help?

Have you destroyed the silver LEGO missile that’s tracking Iron Man.

i figured it out it was a quicksilver obtainable minikit
