Forced Vertical Split Screen

Hello everyone,

After 5 hours of gameplay my splitscreen mode suddenly went to Vertical and it is grayed out. This is only in the Hubs but it didn't do it before. In missions luckily the Dynamic Split screen still works.

Has anyone else encountered this as well and been able to fix it?

I have already tried reinstalling, putting it to vertical in a mission, then save and exit en restart the game, set it back to dynamic and go back to a hub. Also already checked the integrity of the game cache before I reinstalled it.
