Unlocking Hyperion
how can i unlock hyperion or is he just in the character list because his from the dlc??

I already had a 100% save when this pack got available. I found all characters at the end of the character grid without any action from my side. I don't expect you need to do something special but maybe not all characters will be available immediately after you've finished the story line. Part of the race to the 100% is the hunt for special abilities to solve every puzzle and these characters may be a too easy way to get some of them if you can use them too early for free.
