Gold brick in East Harlem in Manhattan bugged?

So there's an area in East Harlem where you have to burn through the gold cover and jump in the large pit underground in East Harlem.

The map shows that there are 2 gold bricks here right next to each other???
I picked up one but there's a second one there. I cannot find it anywhere. Is this a bug?

I thought it was bugged also but it's not. Go in the direction of the parking garage and you'll see a ramp that leads to an underground car park and there's a gold brick there.

Same here, i thought it was bugged too until i followed your directions.
