The avengers Explorer character pack is not in my inventory

I bought the lego marvel collection bundle and it said that the explorer character pack was part of the bundle but once I bought it but it said that it wasn't in my inventory and when I try to get it cause it says its free for me there is an error. Is it bugged or what I don't know?

I still cannot get it. All it says is that I have 24 of 25 items in the bundle but it says that the bundle is free if I want to buy it. If I do it says error has occurred and this is just a loop now. I cant even individually buy the DLC.

Mmm, I would say to open a support ticket with Steam, and tell them the case. If not. Then refund the game, and buy it again.

Try to access it by using steamdb page,i don't own the game but maybe this method will work. It worked for me once with a few Sonic Forces DLCs that had the same problem.

It just timed out everytime but it should be fine because I contacted support and I should be good

Having been screwed out of this DLC as well since I bought it on the Steam Summer Sale, Steam support just told me to buy the Season Pass...which I already own all the content for EXCEPT that DLC. I'm a bit bitter.

I contacted steam support and after taking a screenshot of the problem they just give it to you

It's weird that they said they couldn't help. Did you say that you bought the whole marvel collection? I also took a screenshot of me trying to buy the collection again and it showing an error? Aside from that maybe you had a steam support person that was not happy?

Yeah that's it. Seems collections are set by the publisher so there is nothing they can do apparently...

I contacted WB support and they said to contact steam after a week of back and fourth communication.
