Cant fully complete Manhattan

Ive done every blip on the map but I still only have 135/140 gold bricks and 37/41 characters. Stan Lee and races are all completed. Is there something special that I need to do to get the rest?

Check the helicarrier. I had found missing ones on the heli

They can't be seen. Go inside and check.

Maybe in the helicarrier and maybe if you look at the mini map you can see yellow and purple points the yellow means gold bricks and the purple means quest that gives you characters
