Controller Issue

The xbox one controller seems to be not working as intended. My friends aren't having the same issue, with the same type of controller, it only seems to be me. Tried attempting to play wired as well as wireless, but the issue persists. It feels like latency between inputs at times, and at times the inputs will spaz out without any input from my end. Wondering if anyone can give me some actual assistance with this. Only seen one thread similar, but no solution was stated.

I've been getting really bad latency with my 360 controller as well (sometimes more than 3 seconds!), the fix was to disable Steam Input. If it doesn't recognize your controller after that, put this file in the game folder (it'll overwrite an old one):
