Can't Open The Game?

So a while back, I was perfectly able to play the game. No issues at all.
Now whenever i try to open it, I recieve this message:

Anybody have a clue what this could mean and/or what to do to fix this issue? Any info would help.

I dont believe so, and yes i have

I ask you that because the other player that crashes said he deleted Steam and re-installed it before experiencing the crash.

What is strange is that you both crashed the same day. What changed that day? I don't know...

Oh sorry, I misread your initial comment.
I updated, but it seems like these issues started when i updated to Windows 10, so does that have any possible correlation?
